WHEEL THROWING TRYNIGHT

A one-off class is a great way to become familiar with clay or try out the wheel without a semester long commitment. Share the evening with your bestie, your date, your partner, or consider booking the session for a group night out. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere will provide a fun way to spend creative time together or as a gift to yourself. 

Experience the excitement of making with clay on the potter's wheel. During this 2 hour class, a skilled instructor will lead students in a wheel throwing group lesson, teaching you the art of centering and helping you get a feel for the wheel. No experience is necessary. We will glaze and fire the piece of your choice, included with the lesson. Additional work can be glazed and fired for $15 per piece.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of class to get settled in.

HANDBUILDING SAMPLER

This handbuilding one off class is a great way to try your hand at making tableware with clay without a semester long commitment. Share the evening with your bestie, date, partner or consider booking the session for a group night out! Our warm and welcoming atmosphere will provide a fun way to spend creative time together or as a gift to yourself. 

Experience the excitement of making with clay through handbuilding. We will be using slabs, templates to construct unique one of a kind pieces for your home. Different from the wheel you will be able to actually create your vision and bring it to life in just a short amount of time. This offering is perfect for gift making too and will be ready in time for the holidays! 

In this 2 hour class a skilled instructor will walk you through the steps of making so there is no prior experience necessary! We will glaze and fire the piece of your choice, included in the cost of the lesson. Additional work can be glazed and fired for $15 per piece. 

Please select a project (mug form or vase form) you wish to make by emailing so that we may prepare ahead of time. If you finish your desired project early you will have the opportunity to make another or focus on a smaller project such as a spoon rest, incense holder, napkin ring, small tray etc.
