Valentine Wheel Throwing ClayDate

Are you a couple or 2 besties looking for something special to do with someone special this Valentine's weekend? Enjoy the smooth clay between your fingers as you and your date receive a one hour, 1-on-1 private lesson in wheel throwing. 

Your instruction will guide you to center a ball of clay and turn it into a piece on the potters wheel. Have fun learning the basics of centering, opening, and pulling a cylinder. Or if you prefer to hand build, you will learn to pinch, coil, or slab build the object of your choice. Each participant will make a piece that will be finished, glazed, and fired by the instructor. Additional pieces can be glazed and fired for $15 per piece.

Valentine Weekend Wheel Throwing TryNight & Hand Building Sampler

Whether on a date, coming with a friend, or taking yourself out for a new experience, join the excitement of making with clay on the potter's wheel.

Spend this 2 hour class with a skilled instructor who will lead students in a wheel throwing group lesson or hand building less, teaching you the art of centering and helping you get a feel for the wheel. No experience is necessary.

We will glaze and fire the piece of your choice, included with the lesson. Additional work can be glazed and fired for $15 per piece.

Share the evening with your bestie, your date, your partner. or consider booking the evening for a group night out. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere will provide you with a fun way to spend time together this Valentine weekend. A glass of bubbly is included. Cheers!
