Class Details

Semester Details:

  • Winter/Spring Semester Dates: January 2nd-June 20th

  • We follow school closure days and do not offer pick up on half days.

  • Payment Plan Available

  • Sibling / Multiple Day Registration Discount available.

  • Late Pick Up Fee up is available for up to 30 minutes for $18 per class.

  • Late pick up: $15 after 15 minute grace period.

  • Please note: Program requires a full semester commitment.

  • The class fee includes clay, glaze, and all creative materials.

  • After school pick up is available from PS31/34 and PS110/Cottonwood NYC when 2 or more students register collectively for a fee of $16 per day. The pick up option is only available for the entire semester, not by the day.

COVID-19 Protocols:

Clay Space is now mask optional. If the CDC guidelines change at any point before or during the session we will follow the state’s requirements. In the event of a shut down, wherever possible, we will provide materials and online instruction to fulfill the remainder of the session. Where this is not possible, we will give you credit towards another current or future class, firing, or materials.

Cancellation Policy: 

If you register for the wrong class, please email to be transferred, do not double book, or you will be charged a change of registration fee of 3%. To request a cancellation and full refund minus a $50 processing fee, you must contact us in writing within 10 days prior to the first class of your session. Refunds requested within 1 week of the first class are 50% refundable. There are no refunds after the session begins. Email info@clayspacebk.com with your cancellation request.

We May Cancel:

If the class does not fill sufficiently, we may cancel and try to move students to another class, apply tuition to another class or semester, or provide a full refund.

Missed Class Policy :

There will be no make ups and no refund for missed classes.
