PRIVATE LESSON Cancellation Policy:

To request a cancellation and full refund minus a $50 processing fee or to reschedule your event, you must contact us in writing within 48 hours prior to your lesson. Within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. Email education@clayspacebk.com with your cancellation request.

EVENT OR PARTY Cancellation Policy:

To request a cancellation and full refund minus a $50 processing fee, you must contact us in writing within 7 days prior to your event. Refunds requested within 7 days of the event are 50% refundable. Email education@clayspacebk.com with your cancellation request.

Package Discount:

Receive a 5% discount when you purchase a series of 4 or more! With 4 or more lessons, you will have the same benefits as our classroom students: You may purchase an Unlimited Benchtime Card to use up to an 8 week period, learn how to glaze your work and do your own glazing and pay the student rate of 6 cents per cubic inch using the student firing fee system.

COVID-19 Protocols:

Masks are optional for participants and staff. We appreciate all of our community for doing your part to keep others safe since we opened our doors. We support everyone for making the choice to continue masking, Should there be a shift in the community and we experience a number of Covid-19 cases, we will return to making.

Because of the uncertainty with Covid-19, if the CDC guidelines change at any point before your event we will follow the state’s requirements. In the event of a shut down, we will reschedule your event to a later date or offer you a full refund.
